Helpful Tips in Getting Your Application Processed Quickly

 

When completing the Underwriting Requirements that may be needed:

♦ Always provide complete and full answers to all questions asked.

♦ Provide the names, addresses, and phone numbers of your doctors.

♦ Schedule the medical exam when you would be most relaxed, usually   early morning.

♦ Always continue to take any prescribed medication by your physician.

♦ Drink lots of water within 12 hours prior to the exam and avoid strenuous exercise.

♦ For best results, fasting 8 to 10 hours prior to the exam.

♦ Do not schedule the exams or blood tests within 7 to 14 days after any medical procedures.
